So the etching plate was ready, Francesca and Niall went to pick it up. Unfortunately, it hadn't turned out quite as planned and there were a few hole in the plate from where it had been left in the solution too long. The technicians were kind enough to make another one which will be ready for us Monday. Despite the plate not being perfect, it was okay to use for test pieces; it worked well on mount board and 300gsm stock.
