RSA: card design development

I have been playing around with how the paper insert can fit into the card and how it can work with the artwork to produce colour rather than printing. I have come up with cutting a pattern of shapes out of the card and laying the coloured paper beneath it to make the colour of the object. I want to produce instructions on the card itself so that they do not get lost and are easily attainable. I have considered producing different themed cards for different events and times of the year. At the moment, I am going to concentrate on producing Christmas themed cards as these can then be sold at our inpress event at the end of December, in time for Christmas.
